Cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, tiered by usage

VPNOh does not run time-based trials and does not charge per device: no email address is required to create an account, and paid use is billed by monthly plan or data pack, with pricing tied directly to route quality.

Most of the difference in cross-border access comes down to the exit segment. On the same device, visiting the same site, a public relay and an IEPL dedicated line can behave completely differently during evening peak hours. VPNOh splits its subscriptions into two billing models: monthly plans suit long-term, steady use, while data packs suit people whose usage varies and who only need acceleration occasionally. Both share the same pool of routes — there is no tier where you are stuck with the worst lines.

On coverage, VPNOh currently offers 100+ countries / 170+ routes, managed in regional groups. Entry points for the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Canada have been built out as priorities, and route types cover IEPL dedicated lines, relays and direct connections. The full region list and each route's type are laid out in a table on the nodes page — how many routes each region has and which streaming services it supports are all listed there, with no payment required to see it.

Payment and refunds: monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are charged pro rata for the remaining days. Data packs start at ¥158/300GB and last until used up — they never expire. Payment options are Alipay, WeChat and USDT. If it is not right for you, request a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days, returned via the original payment method.

Key features

Six core capabilities, each with its limits spelled out

On the left is a list of the six capabilities; open any one to see how it works, where it applies, and what it does not solve.

Stable at peak hours

Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. is when cross-border links are most congested. Public relay routes tend to see packet loss and jitter in that window, which shows up as pages spinning and video buffering over and over. VPNOh puts its entry points for major regions on IEPL dedicated lines; these run over carrier-internal channels and do not compete for bandwidth with other public traffic, so they hold up noticeably better at peak hours than pure public relays. Across the 100+ countries / 170+ routes, high-traffic regions such as the United States, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore all have dedicated-line entry points, and the client lets you switch regions in one tap. If a particular entry point performs poorly on your local network, just switch to a backup route in the same region — you do not need to fetch your subscription again.

Route distribution: high-traffic regions and route types

The table below shows 6 sample routes. The complete list — how many routes each region has, their types and streaming support — is on the nodes page.

Country/RegionCityRoute typeStreaming
United States Los Angeles IEPL dedicated line Streaming optimized
United States San Jose Relay Streaming optimized
Hong Kong Hong Kong IEPL dedicated line Streaming optimized
Japan Tokyo Relay Streaming optimized
Singapore Singapore IEPL dedicated line Streaming optimized
Canada Toronto Direct Not yet marked

How to pick a route: start with the region based on what you are accessing — AI tools usually work best via the United States or Japan, streaming should match the region the content comes from, and for everyday browsing pick the entry point physically closest to you. Then pick a type by stability: IEPL dedicated lines run over carrier-internal channels and suit long, steady sessions; relay routes balance cost against quality and work well as backups; direct routes have the fewest hops but are more sensitive to your local network quality. Finally, judge by real-world performance in the client: a region usually offers several entry points, so note the steadiest one and stick with it.

Route status reference

The latency and bandwidth figures above are client-side samples. They vary with your local network, carrier and time of day, are only useful for comparing regions against each other, and are not a speed guarantee.

Client

Five platforms, one subscription

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux all have their own clients. Installers and subscription URLs are both obtained after logging in to the user panel; this page carries no static download links — if a subscription URL ever leaks, you can reset it in the panel at any time.

Windows Log in to get your subscription Get the client
macOS Log in to get your subscription Get the client
Android Log in to get your subscription Get the client
iOS Log in to get your subscription Get the client
Linux Log in to get your subscription Get the client

Getting set up takes three steps: create an account and log in to the user panel, pick up the client for your platform on the download page, then import the subscription URL shown in the panel into the client. The subscription URL is tied to your account and can be reset in the panel at any time; once reset, the old URL stops working immediately and you will need to import the new one. If you just want to see what the client looks like first, the download page is open to unpaid accounts too — only the subscription URL requires an active plan to generate.

Plans & pricing

Three monthly plans, pick by monthly usage

All three plans share the same pool of routes; the only difference is monthly data. Data resets monthly on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are charged pro rata for the remaining days.

How to choose: if you only browse and scroll social feeds on your phone and look things up now and then, the 60GB tier is usually enough. If a laptop and a phone are online at the same time, you watch a few episodes a week and use AI tools regularly, the 250GB tier is where most users land. If several devices at home stay connected, you watch 4K, or you download large files, the 500GB tier is the one that will not feel tight by mid-month. You can upgrade between tiers at any time — the difference is charged pro rata for the remaining days, there is no need to cancel and rebuy, and data you have already used is not wiped.

Usage varies? Look at data packs

Data packs last until used up and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. They suit people who only need acceleration occasionally, or who use it intensively for the length of one project — buy one and set it aside without it going to waste, and there is no monthly reset. Data packs and monthly plans share the same pool of routes, with identical route types and regional coverage.

FAQ

The five questions new users ask most

These are just the five most common. The help center has the full set, organized into four categories: account and subscription, connection and troubleshooting, speed and routes, and billing and refunds.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No. Creating an account takes only a username and a password, and you can log in to the user panel as soon as you submit them. The upside is a short process — and no waiting around because a verification email got stuck in spam. Keep your username somewhere safe: it is both your login credential and your identifier in support tickets.

How many devices can be online at once on one account?

As many as you like. Every device at home can be connected at the same time — no disconnecting the desktop to make room for a phone. The device list can be viewed and managed in the user panel; if you spot a device you do not recognize, remove it, and it is worth changing your password while you are there.

How is data counted? What happens when it runs out?

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date each month, not on the 1st of the calendar month — activate on the 12th, for example, and it resets on the 12th from then on. If a month's usage clearly exceeds what you expected, you can upgrade to a higher tier in the panel; the difference is charged pro rata for the remaining days and data you have already used is not wiped. If your usage is irregular to begin with, a data pack fits better: it lasts until used up, never expires, and will not go to waste if you buy one and set it aside.

Which platforms are supported? Where do I download the client?

Five platforms are supported: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Both the client and your subscription URL are obtained in the user panel — log in and choose your platform on the download page. The subscription URL is tied to your account and can be reset in the panel at any time; once reset, the old URL stops working immediately and you will need to import the new one in the client. This site provides no static installer links on its marketing pages.

If it does not work out, can I get a refund?

Yes — a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit a request in the user panel and the money goes back the way it came, with no reason required and no condition tied to how much data you used. How long it takes depends on the payment channel: Alipay and WeChat are usually quick, while USDT depends on on-chain confirmation times. You can follow the progress in your ticket.
