Contact & Support

Contact & Support Channels

Three channels, split by issue type: account, order and refund questions go to dashboard tickets; issues that need logs or screenshots attached go to support email; service status and announcements are on Telegram. Tickets and email feed the same queue, so there is no need to submit twice.

Channel routing

Three channels, each for a different issue

Account and billing questions go to tickets, which makes identity checks and record-keeping straightforward; issues with several attachments or a long description go to email; Telegram is for quick service status checks.

Dashboard tickets

Account and subscription status, orders and payments, refund requests and failed subscription updates all start here. Tickets carry your account and submission time, which makes verification direct. Tickets sent on business days usually get a reply the same day; those sent on weekends or public holidays roll over to the next business day.

Support email

Email is the better choice when you need to attach client logs or error screenshots, or when the description is long. Email and tickets feed the same queue and are handled on business days. Just include your username — never your password.

Telegram

Use it to check service status and read route maintenance notices. This is not a live chat desk and instant replies are not guaranteed; for account and billing questions, use tickets instead — the handling trail is more complete.

Check first

Two minutes of self-check before you submit

Problems such as a connection that will not come up, slow speeds or a failed subscription update can usually be traced by symptom in the troubleshooting guide. If the issue remains after a self-check, list the steps you already tried in your ticket — it speeds up handling.

Troubleshoot by symptom

No connection at all, connected but pages will not load, slowdowns at peak hours, frequent disconnects, failed subscription updates, mobile clients dropping in the background — every symptom has its own diagnostic flow and self-check steps.

Ticket details

Include these details when you submit a ticket

The more complete the details, the more likely the cause is found on the first pass and the fewer follow-up questions you will get. The five items below are ordered by importance; the first two are needed almost every time.

  • Username: the name you use to sign in to the dashboard. Verifying an account only needs the username, never the password.
  • What happens and when it started: for example, “since last night, pages will not load after connecting to the Hong Kong route”. Give the approximate time and your region.
  • Device and client: which of Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, plus the OS version and client version.
  • Route and route type: for example the Hong Kong IEPL dedicated line or the Japan relay, so it can be matched against route-side records.
  • Error screenshots or client logs: when words are not enough, one screenshot often says more than a paragraph.

Never paste your account password or the raw subscription link into a ticket or email. A subscription link works like account credentials — anyone who has it can use up the data on your account. Your username is enough for identity checks.

Billing & refunds

Refunds and billing questions go through tickets

All billing requests are handled through dashboard tickets: refund requests, upgrade price-difference checks and data pack balance confirmations. Tickets keep a record, so later queries line up.

  • Refunds: 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Just include your order number in the ticket — no reason needed; full terms are in the refund policy.
  • Plan upgrades: mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days, and the amount is shown before you pay; if the prorated figure looks off, send your order number and it can be checked.
  • Data packs: used until they run out and they never expire; remaining data and activation records are always visible in the dashboard.
  • Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. If a payment succeeds but the plan does not appear, attach a screenshot of the payment receipt to your ticket.

Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month, not on the calendar month. If you are unsure about the reset date, include your activation date in the ticket for a faster check.

FAQ

Common questions about contact

The five most-asked questions: reply times, where to request a refund, account recovery, sharing subscription links and duplicate submissions.

How soon will I hear back after submitting a ticket?

Tickets sent on business days are usually handled the same day; those sent on weekends or public holidays roll over to the next business day. There is no live chat desk and instant replies are not promised, but every ticket is read and answered with a conclusion.

Where do I request a refund?

Open a dashboard ticket and include your order number. Refunds are available for 14 days with no reason required, and progress updates arrive as replies on the same ticket.

What if I forget my username or password?

Use the recovery option on the dashboard sign-in page. This service does not require an email address to register — a username and password are all you need. If recovery does not work, submit a ticket with your username and order details for verification.

Can I share my subscription link with someone else?

No. A subscription link works like account credentials — anyone who has it can use up the data on your account. Unlimited devices means your own devices can be online at the same time, for example a phone, a computer and a tablet together.

Do I need to send both an email and a ticket?

No. Both channels feed the same queue, so submitting twice only creates two records for one issue and makes verification harder. Pick whichever channel fits better and submit once.
