Terms of Service

This page sets out the Terms of Service for the VPNOh cross-border network acceleration subscription. It covers the scope of the service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, service availability and liability, and how account termination and changes to these terms are handled. By registering for or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.

Service Scope and Coverage

VPNOh provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription: users connect through a client to access points around the world for cross-border access, international websites, and online services of all kinds. Coverage currently spans 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A single account can be connected on unlimited devices at once.

The service is sold as a subscription in two forms: monthly plans and data packs. Prices and the data allowance included with each tier are shown on the pricing page. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

No email address is required to register — a username and password are all you need to create an account. Covered regions, route counts, and client versions may change with operational needs; what is actually available in your account is what applies.

Account and Subscription Rules

An account is for the registered user only. Subscriptions are tied to the account and allow unlimited simultaneous connections, so you can connect from multiple devices you use yourself. However, selling, renting, lending, or transferring an account or subscription credentials is not allowed, nor is distributing subscription links through public channels or giving third parties access by activating accounts on their behalf or sharing one subscription among several people.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any data usage or other consequences arising from leaked account information or from someone else using your device are borne by the account holder. If you notice unusual logins or that your credentials have leaked, change your password promptly; if you need help, submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packs last until they are used up and never expire.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and with the terms of any service they access, and use this service for legitimate purposes such as cross-border access and network acceleration.

Using the service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: attacking, scanning, or disrupting other people's networks and systems; sending spam, committing fraud, or phishing; infringing intellectual property or privacy; distributing illegal or harmful content; and accessing other people's data or devices without authorization. It is also prohibited to use the service to evade billing, mass-register accounts, probe or attack service routes, or otherwise interfere with other users' normal use.

How account data and connection data are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. If an account is used in violation of the above, the service may suspend or terminate that account.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided according to our current capabilities, and we make every effort to keep routes stable. Cross-border links are affected by international bandwidth, submarine cable and upstream route changes, shifts in destination service policies, local network conditions, and the state of your device, so speed and availability may fluctuate and individual routes or third-party services may be temporarily unreachable.

The service does not promise any specific speed or bandwidth figures, nor continuous availability of any particular third-party website or app. Interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream route changes, or your own network or device are not treated as a breach by the service; refunds in such cases follow the refund policy.

Users are responsible for knowing and following the rules on network use that apply in their location, and for any consequences that follow.

Account Termination

The service may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: violating the acceptable use requirements above; selling, renting, transferring, or publicly distributing an account or subscription; probing, attacking, or disrupting service routes or other users; registering or using an account with someone else's information; and any other behavior that clearly affects the normal operation of the service.

You may also stop using the service at any time. When an account is terminated, the subscription benefits under it end as well, and refunds are handled according to the refund policy.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

These terms may be updated as the service, route structure, or legal requirements change. The updated version is published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is changed at the same time. Important changes affecting user rights are announced through site notices or in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request a refund under the refund policy.

Refunds have their own page: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. Full conditions and how to apply are in the Refund Policy.
